a) The models have many bones and flexes, in fact approaching engine’s bone limit.To help you navigate through them there is an updated version of sfm default animation groups file. Usage is described in this post
b) The way some advanced shaders are implemented *requires* them to be affected by ambient dynamic lights from all sides. The intensity of the said lights can be very low but they must be present.
c) Due to technical limitations (read: too many polygons) heels system had to be altered. It’s not really harder to use but i guess a video should describe the principle better: Watch Video Tutorial
d) The models consume significant amount of memory due to asset size, so some cuts were necessary. The main download has downsized and compressed normal maps for outfits. Practical visual differences vary depending on model, lighting setup, and camera distance, but as a general rule all fine detail like leather, fabric, wool etc. will be blurred or lost. Therefore, we prepared a separate download for high resolution normal maps. Note that being careless with them will *inevitably* crash SFM, so I recommend planning your work ahead and spawn Lara and desired outfit first.
